I was born in Southern Ohio and grew up in New Richmond. I saw what happened after the Beckjord and Zimmer plants closed. The loss of tax funds hit my school hard. The loss of local jobs changed my neighborhood.
As a student, I went through the budget cuts and uncertainty that came with the closures. No one in Columbus or Washington had a plan for places like ours. Even to this day, our schools and communities haven't recovered.
That experience shaped me. It's why I'm involved in local politics. I'm running for Committeeman because I'm tired of seeing our communities ignored.

Since getting involved in local politics, I've served as the Treasurer of the Clermont County Young Democrats, served as a national delegate for the Young Democrats of America, and managed local campaigns here at home.
These roles taught me the skills needed for both grassroots organizing and party work. These roles have also shown me firsthand the gap between what national party leaders say and what actually matters to working Ohioans.
This is why I will bring the Party back to the FDR and JFK New Deal tradition of fighting for the dignity of work and the American dream for every Ohioan, no matter where they live.

Why Now?
Why Now?
The Democratic Party is losing the working class. Farmers and unions that were once the backbone of the Democratic Party now look elsewhere. The Party must restore its values and realign its priorities in Ohio.
Rural townships like Washington and Union, and small towns like New Richmond, Felicity, and Mount Orab, are facing worn-out roads, limited broadband, and the loss of local businesses and jobs.
Working Ohioans feel abandoned. Unless we take real action, rather than recycle typical national talking points, they continue to look elsewhere.
That's why I'm running to put Ohio workers first, build a Party platform that responds to local needs, and require Party leaders to visit and host town halls in every county.
